It is difficult to explain -
why I love you.

It is not just because
I love you and try to do so unconditionally.

It is not just because
I love you as your father.

It is not just because
I love you as your friend.

You may not understand now.
I hope someday however you will,
when you look up.

For me, loving you
is simply what I do.
For that is what one does
to the answer to ones prayers.
